1What is the Oriental Cuisine Club?
Oriental Cuisine Club is cardless loyalty programme that allows members to enjoy exclusive privileges and rewards whenever they dine at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.
2How do I become a member of the Oriental Cuisine Club?
i) Scan QR at any participating Oriental Group restaurants
ii) online at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my or our friendly team at our participating restaurants will be happy to assist.
3Which are the participating restaurants in Malaysia?
Please refer to Oriental Group Website for updated list of outlets.
4What are the fees to become a member of Oriental Cuisine Club?
Free.
5What is the validity of the membership?
The membership is valid for 365 days from the date of sign up.
6Where can I check the expiry date of my membership?
You may login via the member’s portal members.orientalrestaurants.com.my to check the expiry date of your membership or visit any participating Oriental Group restaurants.
7What is the minimum age that I can apply as an Oriental Cuisine Club member?
Members need to be above 18 years of age to register as an Oriental Cuisine Club member.
8Where do I update my personal particulars?
To update or view your personal particulars, please login via the member’s portal members.orientalrestaurants.com.my. Kindly be advised that members are allow to amend the date of birth for one time only.
9How do I check my Oriental Ringgit and other rewards?
You may login via members.orientalrestaurants.com.my to check your membership privileges and Oriental Ringgit balance.
10What if I forgotten my password?
To reset your password, visit the member’s portal at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my and click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.
11What should I do if I have questions regarding my membership account?

12How do I terminate my membership?
Member may choose to terminate their membership at any time before the expiry date by writing in to us at club@orientalrestaurants.com.my. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made, early issuance of any unused/unissued member privileges, Oriental Ringgit (OR) and/or e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically be inactive upon minimum spending of less than RM 1,000* within the membership year. If membership is not reactivated, all balance Oriental Ringgit will expire upon 180 days from the last transaction date.
*Qualifying spend is computed before SST and Service Charge.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

1What are the types of membership?
There are 2 membership types; namely Gold and Platinum.
2How to be a Gold/Platinum member?
To become a Gold member, you can sign up online at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my or via QR code at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.

To become a Platinum member, existing member is required to accumulate a qualifying spend of RM30,000* and above within the membership year.

*Qualifying spend is computed before SST and Service Charge.
3How to retain my membership status?
To maintain as a Gold member, accumulate qualify spend of RM 1,000* within the membership year to renew your membership status and continue to enjoy member’s privileges.

To maintain as a Platinum member, accumulate qualifying spend of RM 30,000* within the membership year to renew your membership status and to enjoy member’s privileges.

*Qualifying spend is computed before SST and Service Charge.

  • 2How do I know the expiry of my privileges?
    To check the expiry dates of your privileges, simply login via members’ portal members.orientalrestaurants.com.my and view the details reflected under ‘My Rewards’ section.
    Note: Strictly no extension on expired Oriental Ringgit (OR) upon 180 days from the last transaction date and on expired e-vouchers.
    3Why should I register my details at Oriental Cuisine Club?
    Registering your details at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my will enable your privileges to be validated. In addition, you will also receive the latest news on upcoming members’ promotions, rewards, invitations to events and more!
    4How do I identify myself as an Oriental Cuisine Club member?
    To identify yourself as a member, simply provide your mobile number to our service team at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.
    5How do I enjoy my Birthday treat?
    Birthday reward will be issued in your account each calendar year. Birthday reward is activated on the first day of the birthday month and valid till the last day of the birthday month. Members can redeem the birthday reward multiple times during birthday month. Birthday reward cannot be redeemed 7 days before and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year.
    6How do I enjoy my membership privileges?
    Members will receive an email, WhatsApp or SMS notification to redeem at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.
    Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – name as per sign up) in order to redeem any membership privileges, where applicable.
    Note: Platinum members are encourage to inform in advance to redeem upgrade privileges.
    7Can I as a corporate customer enjoy corporate discount with the Oriental Cuisine Club membership?
    No, corporate discount is not eligible for use together with the Oriental Cuisine Club membership. Corporate customers can only choose either corporate discount or the Oriental Cuisine Club membership for each transaction.
    8Can I enjoy my Oriental Cuisine Club membership privileges in another country where there is an Oriental Group restaurant?
    The Oriental Cuisine Club membership privileges are currently available for participating Oriental Group restaurants in Malaysia only. Please refer here for list of participating Oriental Group restaurants.
    9Is my Oriental Cuisine Club membership transferrable?
    No. Membership is not transferrable.

    EARNING & REDEMPTION OF ORIENTAL RINGGIT

    1How do I earn Oriental Ringgit?
    For Gold members, earn 1.0 Oriental Ringgit (OR) for every RM 10* spent on total bill at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.

    For Platinum members, earn 1.5 Oriental Ringgit (OR) for every RM 10* spent on total bill at any participating Oriental Group restaurants.

    Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – name as per sign up) at the point of dining. Requests on Oriental Ringgit and accumulation of spending for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require up to 1 working day to reflect the transactions and Oriental Ringgit earned. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn Oriental Ringgit is strictly not allowed.

    In the event network is down, Oriental Ringgit and accumulation of spending will be updated within 3 working days.

    2How do I redeem my Oriental Ringgit?
    Oriental Ringgit is valid for 180 days from last transaction date and valid for use within membership period only. Members can use the Oriental Ringgit to offset the bills when dining at any participating Oriental Group restaurants (not applicable on event/wedding packages and 7 days before and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year).

    Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – name as per sign up) at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the tax invoice to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.
    Note: System may require up to one (1) working day to reflect the transactions and Oriental Ringgit earned.
    3What are the general information I should know about earning of Oriental Ringgit?
    Earning of Oriental Ringgit is allowed on:
    (a) normal priced ala carte food, non-alcoholic & alcoholic beverages and products
    (b) Oriental Ringgit will be calculated based on the amount after deducting redemption of Oriental Ringgit, if any

    Earning of Oriental Ringgit is not allowed on:
    (a) special promotions, set menus, event/wedding packages and food tasting
    (b) deposits
    (c) SST and Service Charge
    4What are the general information I should know about redemption of Oriental Ringgit (OR)?
    Redemption is not allowed 7 days before and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year and on events/ weddings packages, special promotions, set menus and food tasting.
    5Will my Oriental Ringgit expire?
    Yes. Oriental Ringgit will expire 180 days from the last transaction date and is only valid during the membership year. Strictly no extension for expired Oriental Ringgit.
    6Can I use my Oriental Ringgit after my membership expires?
    No. To redeem Oriental Ringgit, you have to renew/reactivate your membership before the expiry of Oriental Ringgit.
    7Would my Oriental Ringgit be reflected immediately once I make a transaction?
    The system may require up to 1 working day to reflect the transaction and Oriental Ringgit earned, but do allow for time lapses that may be caused by any delays in the network during unforeseen circumstances.
    8Can I earn Oriental Ringgit with vouchers/e-vouchers/promotions?
    Yes. Oriental Ringgit will be calculated after deducting vouchers, e-vouchers, redemption of Oriental Ringgit or promotions, where applicable.
    9Can I use multiple membership accounts to earn and redeem Oriental Ringgit?
    No. Combining multiple membership accounts to earn or redeem Oriental Ringgit is not allowed.
    10Can I split my bill to earn Oriental Ringgit and/or redeem membership privileges?
    No. Splitting of bill to earn Oriental Ringgit and/or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.
    11Can my family and friends earn or redeem Oriental Ringgit if I am not present?
    No. Member must be present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.

    MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL/REACTIVATION

    1How do I renew/reactivate my membership?
    Renewal of Gold membership is automatic when members accumulate a qualifying spend of RM1,000* within the membership year. In the event the qualifying spend is below RM1,000*, membership will automatically be inactive. Member can reactivate their membership via the member’s portal at members.orientalrestaurants.com.my or any participating Oriental Group restaurants.

    Renewal of Platinum membership is automatic when members accumulate a qualifying spend of RM 30,000* within the membership year. In the event the qualifying spend is below RM30,000*, membership will be renewed at Gold tier.

    2How much is the renewal/ reactivation fee?
    Free. Upon renewal, you will continue enjoy member privileges.
    3Can I renew my Oriental Cuisine Club membership before the expiry date?
    No.
